We endeavour to provide first-class customer service, from an initial enquiry, through to successful project handover and lifetime system support.

Early engagement with customers (before general construction starts) is strongly recommended. This maximises the potential functionality and long-term reliability of a system, whilst minimising the project’s capital cost and future maintenance costs.

Our prime focus is on the design, installation and management of all class-leading motion systems, from the UK, Europe and the USA.

Close collaboration with your designers enables us to specify the most suitable technologies for your individual expectations and site requirements. 

All systems are fully assembled, tested and certified in the factory before being disassembled for shipping. This ensures that any issues are logged and rectified, under factory conditions, preventing costly alterations onsite. 

Full technical documentation is supplied, in English, by the manufacturer, at project handover. 

Our Service and Maintenance Agreements, with 24/7 remote support and monitoring, are a vital component in ensuring the safety and long-term reliability of all systems. 

NOTE: Cheaper equipment on the market often presents a false economy. These systems are frequently unreliable; due to dated engineering, lower-quality componentry, the inconsistent availability of spares and poor customer support.
